A Hearts Song

It’s like a dream sometimes,

The little feeling that comes and goes without warning.

Feelings of love and hope,

Slowly fading to despair and desire.

It once was great,

Knowing someone like you was always their.

A kindhearted and warming feeling,

One of those things you never want to leave.

Then as soon as you think it won’t,

It leaves without warning.

Days and nights slowly pass,

But the emptiness never goes away.

My mind plays tricks to make it seem okay,

I tell myself its time to let go.

Finally the days pass to months,

The emptiness is yet to leave,

My mind says don’t let it slip away again.

A hearts song calls out,

Whispering quietly waiting to be heard.

No longer will my mind trick me,

It’s the heart that I must follow.

Tears from the heart are tears when you know that the one person you care about is with someone else and you know he can never be as good to her as you could if you just had that chance, when your heart cries it skips a beat and leaves you with that sense of lonelyness and your body shakes out of its sadness and the only thing you have left is the hope for the possibility of getting that one chance.

Some people say love is like the greatest medicine and it can heal all, but what they forget to mention it can tear apart someones heart.

Love can be so beautiful like the fresh smell of a spring rain, but... love can also sting like a slap to arm on a cold day.

Love hurts and it doesn't, love is the ultimate tolerance, when love is going good, its going great, but when love is going bad , its going horrible, the thing about love is in order to indulge in happiness you must learn to wallow in the sadness. Love is something every body wants but not something everybody is willing to make sacrifices for, and that's why... Love is so special.
